Gate.AI Review

One gate to all AI — unified model access with intelligent routing

AI model gatewayResearch in progress

Company overview

Gate.AI is a unified model-access, intelligent-routing and enterprise AI governance platform. A single API fronts a large catalogue of models, with routing by task, cost and performance, plus cost visibility and enterprise governance.

Ideal customer: Enterprises and product teams that need broad model coverage, routing and spend visibility rather than an inline security inspection layer

  • Consolidating many model providers behind one API
  • Routing requests dynamically by task, cost and performance
  • Tracing and governing enterprise AI spend

GateYourAI verdict

Gate.AI is a model-access and governance gateway, not an inline prompt-security product. Its published positioning is unified access to 200+ models, dynamic routing, enterprise governance with full-chain tracing, and zero data retention by default. Prompt-injection defence, PII redaction and secret scanning are not documented on the material we have reviewed, so we mark them as not publicly documented rather than absent. Do not confuse Gate.AI with Constellation Gate AI — they are separate companies with separate products.

Best for: Organisations consolidating access to many models behind one API with cost governance. Read how we assess platforms.

Security capabilities

A capability is marked available only when an official page or documentation says so. “Not publicly documented” means we could not find it — not that the vendor lacks it.

Cost-optimization capabilities

Token reduction, avoided calls, cheaper-model routing, budgets and reporting are tracked separately because they are not interchangeable.
